WONDERFUL WEEEKEND!

Chance and I took Lane and Matthew to Dallas this weekend!! What a wonderful time we had.

We Kicked it off eating at Rain forest Cafe. Then we made an "unquick" stop at Cabela's (hunting store). I have to admit, it was pretty neat -- I have learned to like it, with two brothers, a husband that loves or rather, lives to hunt, and now 3 boys. I have just accepted the fact, that malls are not in my future, but Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's and anything that carries hunting stuff is!!! Then we headed off to check in at the hotel and get dressed for the Rangers game!!!

The Rangers lost, only getting two hits!!! As Lane said, "I had a GREAT time, but the game was boring!" And he was right, it was!!! I wanted nothing more than to see Sammy Sosa hit one out! I got great pictures of him --- STRIKING OUT!!! Oh well, as I have said before -- "you can't win 'em all."

Sunday we got up and met some friends, David and Maranda Turner, and their boys Jordan and Dylan for a day at Six Flags!!!! Boy that was fun!!!! I did forget to mention that while at the Rain forest Cafe, we did get to detour through the mall -- we were looking for shoes to hopefully gain some height for Matthew -- appears he was lacking an inch to be able to ride most of the rides at Six Flags -- we did buy some shoes, but unfortunately it wasn't enough!! He only or should I say we only suffered one "meltdown" do the shortness of height!!! (he gets that from his daddy's side of the family!)

Today we headed home, but not before stopping in Tyler Texas at the Caldwell Zoo!! We had a great time and saw lots of neat animals!! And of course before heading out of Tyler, we stopped by and took an "unquick" stop at Gander Mountain (another hunting store).

Noah spent a well deserved "spoiled weekend" with my parents!! They were gracious enough to come love on him while we were away!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and the boys are already planning their trip back for next year!!!

I know yall must of had a great time, I'm glad you're home now. Matt kept telling me his favorite part was petting the "calm goats, but one did bite Lane on his croc." Your boys are soooooo stinkin handsome!
